These Terms of Service govern the use of the Pacco Planning platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Definitions
- Customer — The company or individual who creates an account and uses the platform.
- Customer Content — All data, text, images, and other content the customer enters into the platform.
- Subscription — The paid access to the platform according to the selected plan.

4. Eligibility
Pacco is a B2B platform. Use is reserved exclusively for businesses and commercial entities.
5. Account and Security
You are responsible for the security of your account. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
6. Subscriptions, Fees and Payments
Our subscriptions are billed monthly. Prices are exclusive of applicable VAT. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
7. Acceptable Use
You may only use the platform for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include reverse engineering, automated scraping, injection of malicious software, and any action that impairs platform operation.
8. Privacy
For details on personal data processing, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat the other party's confidential information as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.
10. Intellectual Property
All rights to the platform belong to Pacco Planning UG. The customer receives a non-exclusive right to use the platform for the duration of the subscription. Customer content remains the property of the customer.
11. Feedback
If you submit feedback about the platform, you grant us the right to use it free of charge to improve our services.
12. Third-Party Services
The platform may contain integrations with third-party services. The respective terms of service of the third-party providers apply.
13. Beta Features
Beta features are provided without warranty and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
14. Availability and Support
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Support is provided via email during business hours.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties.
16. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of material contractual obligations. Liability for damages to life, body, and health remains unaffected.
17. Indemnification
The customer shall indemnify Pacco Planning against all third-party claims arising from the customer's unlawful use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
18. Term and Termination
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party at the end of the billing period. After termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
19. Governing Law and Venue
German law applies, excluding the CISG. Exclusive venue is Berlin, Germany.
20. Changes
We reserve the right to update these Terms. For material changes, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance.
